On Thursday, May 28th, Ross Griggs and Jesse Yanez of SASCO, an American commercial MEP contractor & coordinator will share their best practices  on virtually and physically building projects for clients.  This will be an in-person presentation. SASCO's partnership with Disney has brought them to Shanghai where they have set up shop permanently.  Other iconic projects in SASCO's portfolio include Barstow Hospital, San Jose regional medical center, and Stanford hospital.

This month, shanghaiBIM will hold a casual BIM salon which will re-occur through-out the year.  The goal is to offer a platform for BIMers to exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere.

After a long hiatus, the team at shanghaiBIM re-organized to create our meeting for April.  Almost as an effort to make up for lost time, our newly formed Architecture/Design BIM User Group put together a night featuring two speakers, Mr. Martin Lu of BRG Architecture, and Mr. Leo Huang of MAD Macs, a Vectorworks Distributor.
