BIM in Shanghai's Construction Market - The Presentation

On January 22nd Xiaomeng Yu, BIM Director at Shanghai Construction Group presented a presentation titled "BIM in Shangha's Construction Market."  It was a very relevant presentation about the promise and pain points of doing BIM on large construction projects in China.  Unforunately, our former site had to be taken down.  Now its back up at shanghaiBIM.org.

Meeting at shanghai's Lend Lease office:

The BISCM meeting was one that brought together global BIM experts to discuss where BIM has been and where its going.  It was a very lively and honest discussion about about where BIM needs to be.  Of particular interest to me were the network and software limitations that constantly require work arounds.
